Orders and payments
All prints and framed artworks are produced on demand after an order has been placed. This means that each piece is printed especially for you rather than stored in a large warehouse.
You will receive order information by email after your purchase. Please make sure that your email address and delivery details are correct before completing the order.
Fine art prints and framed prints
The artworks available in the shop are based on original paintings by Andy Renard. Prints are professionally produced on high-quality paper, and framed versions are delivered ready to hang.
Please note that colors may vary slightly between screen display and the finished print, depending on monitor settings and lighting.
Shipping
Orders are normally produced and shipped as soon as the printing process is complete. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product type and local shipping conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive tracking or delivery information when available.
Returns and damaged items
Because prints are produced on demand, returns may be limited unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product, and contact support as soon as possible. This makes it easier to review the issue and find a suitable solution.
Original paintings
Original paintings, when available, are handled separately from print-on-demand products. Shipping, insurance and delivery details may therefore vary depending on the size and nature of the artwork.
